Step 1 Generously grease two 6-cup jumbo muffin tins with softened butter
- 3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons (1 3/4 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature, plus more for muffin tins
- 1 cup packed light-brown sugar
- 3/4 cup packed dark-brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups whole pecans, lightly toasted
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 1 3/4 pounds , room temperature Yeast Dough
Pineapple Orange Chicken

Measure reserved pineapple juice and add enough water to make 1-3/4 cups liquid
- 1 can (20 oz.) DOLE® Pineapple Chunks, drained, juice reserved
- 2 cups MINUTE® Brown Rice, uncooked
- 1 lb. chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup sugar snap peas
- 2/3 cup KIKKOMAN® Sweet and Sour Sauce
- 1/4 cup KIKKOMAN Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 orange(s), zested and juiced
- 1/2 tsp. red chilies, crushed, optional

Slow Cooker Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Spray inside of slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray
- 1 (10 oz) jar sweet and sour sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 lbs frozen meatballs
- 1 medium red bell pepper, cubed
- 1 medium green bell pepper, cubed
- 1 medium onion, cubed
- 1 (20 oz) can pineapple chunks, drained

- 12 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
- 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons limoncello (Italian liqueur)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
- 2 teaspoons limoncello
Perfect Potstickers (Alton Brown)

- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1/4 cup finely chopped scallions

- Heat oven to 400ºF. Mix vegetables, chicken and soup in ungreased 2-quart casserole.
- Stir remaining ingredients in small bowl with fork until blended. Pour into casserole.
- Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.
