- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, as desired
- 2 1/2 cups whole milk
- 2 cups (8 ounces) Sargento(R) Chef Blends(TM) Shredded 4 State Cheddar(TM) Cheese
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs, preferably from egg bread
