Cobbler made with Crock Pot No Work-Good for Most All Fruit Cobblers!!

  • crock pot for making cobbler.
  • 3/4 3/4 3/4 1/4 2 mix ( or 3/4 cup self rising flour with 1/4 tsp salt and 2 tbsp oil)
  • 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup brown sugar ( packed )
  • 2 2 2 Tbsp melted butter
  • 3/4 3/4 3/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 2 2 eggs
  • 2 2 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3/4 3/4 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 1/2 2 1/2 1/2 cups peeled, sliced peaches
  • 2 1/2 the dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Add eggs, milk, oil( if using regular flour instead of baking mix), butter, vanilla extract, and mix well. Add 2 1/2 cup fresh sliced peaches ( can use thawed frozen peaches ) and stir until mixed.
  • 6-8 3-4 greased crock pot and cook 6-8 hrs on low or 3-4 hours on high. Serve warm with cream or vanilla ice cream.
  • to can also substitute splenda for the granulated sugar. ( My grandson is diabetic so when he is here I try to make things he likes without all the sugar)
