Auntie Anne's Soft Pretzels

Sprinkle yeast on lukewarm water in mixing bowl; stir to dissolve
- 1 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 1/8 tsp active dry yeast
- 2 T brown sugar
- 1 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 cup bread flour
- 3 cups regular flour
- 2 cups warm water
- 2 T baking soda
- to taste coarse salt
- 4 T butter (melted)
Coc-Oat-Chip Cookies

Heat oven to 375 Beat butter/margarine and sugars until creamy
- 1 cup butter/margarine, softened
- 1 1/4 cups firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 cups oatmeal
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Chex Party Mix

Microwave: In large bowl melt butter on high 1 minute
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 1/4 tsp seasoned salt
- 4 1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 2/3 cup corn chex
- 2 2/3 cup rice chex
- 2 2/3 cup wheat chex
- 1 cup salted nuts
Stove Top Easy Chicken Bake

Preheat oven to 400. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of the dry stuffing mix evenly on bottom of 13x9 baking dish; set aside
- 1 pkg stove top stuffing mix for chicken
- 1 c hot water
- 1 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1" pieces
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/3 c sour cream
- 1 bag (16 oz) frozen mixed veggies, thawed, drained
Spaghetti Sauce

Blend the first 4 ingredients together in blender
- 1/2 bushel tomoatoes (don't peel; wash and cut up)
- 3 hot peppers
- 2 red sweet peppers
- 3 lb onions
- 1 pt oil
- 2 T oregano
- 2 T basil
- 48 oz can tomato paste
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 c salt
- 1 clove garlic
Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies

In a large bowl, beat the cake mixes, eggs and oil
- 2 packages chocolate cake mix
- 5 eggs
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 package white chips
- 1 cup walnuts or pecans
Peanut Butter Chewies

Boil sugar, syrup and butter/margarine for two minutes
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups corn syrup
- 2 cups crunchy or smooth peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
- 1-12 oz box corn flakes
- 1 tsp vanilla
