Cheddar Cheese Soup

Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 12-oz. cans evaporated milk
- 1 c. beer or chicken broth
- 2 t. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 t. dry mustard
- 1/4 t. cayenne pepper
- 8-oz. pkg. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- Garnish: additional shredded cheese, sliced green onion
Curried Coconut Chicken

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 14.5 oz can coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1 cup brown rice
Currywurst

Put 1 cup of tomato ketchup in a small saucepan and heat on medium low
- Liquids:
- Bratwursts
- 1 cup of Tomato Ketchup
- 1/4 teaspoon of Baking Soda (sounds weird but trust me)
- 4 – 5 teaspoons of Mild Curry Powder
- 2 teaspoons of Smoked Paprika
- 1 teaspoon of Onion Powder
- 1/8 – 1/4 teaspoons of Cayenne Pepper
- 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 tablespoons of Beef Broth
- 2 (or more) tablespoons of Water
Taco Dip

Mix first 3 ingredients together
- 2 8oz packages cream cheese softened
- 1 16oz carton sour cream
- 1 pg El Paso Taco Seasoning
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- shredded lettuce
- diced tomatoes
- olives
Chocolate-Raspberry Frozen Yogurt Pops

Puree raspberries, yogurt and sugar to taste in a food processor until smooth
- 2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
- 2 cups nonfat or low-fat plain Greek yogurt (see Note)
- 3-5 tablespoons sugar
- 1 ⁄2 cup mini chocolate chips

- 1/2 white onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 C honey
- 1/2 C low sodium soy sauce (again all you GF readers, make sure to check the bottles!)
- Approx. 2 tbs olive oil
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/3 C water
- 3 scallions- chopped
- sesame seeds
- quinoa (or brown rice)
Cracker Barrel Hashbrown Casserole

Place potatoes in a greased 9x13 inch pan
- 1 2 lb. pkg. frozen Hash Browns
- 16 oz. Sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 C. Chopped onion
- 2 C. grated Cheddar Cheese **personal note, I like sharp the best
Gluten Free Teriyaki Sauce

Mix tapioca starch and cold water in a cup and dissolve
- 1/4 cup gluten free soy sauce (or coconut aminos to make this recipe soy free)
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons tapioca starch or corn starch or arrowroot starch
- 1/4 cup cold water
