Smothered Bacon Ranch Chicken Penne Pasta

In a large mixing bowl add the garlic, Ranch seasoning, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, pepper, and water
- 1 pound chicken breasts (about two small)
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 package Ranch Dressing Seasoning mix (or 3 tablespoons if you buy in bulk)
- 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup water
- 8 ounces of bacon cooked, drained, and crumbled
- 8 ounces Penne Pasta cooked and drained
Baked Ranch Chicken Thighs

Chinese Fried Rice

- 3 ⁄4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons oil
- 1 egg, lightly beaten (or more eggs if you like)
- 3 drops soy sauce
- 3 drops sesame oil
- 8 ounces cooked lean boneless pork or 8 ounces chicken, chopped
- 1 ⁄2 cup finely chopped carrot (very small)
- 1 ⁄2 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 4 cups cold cooked rice, grains separated (preferably medium grain)
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 2 cups bean sprouts
