Rice Pudding

1. Place milk in pot. When almost at boil, throw in rice
- 1 C rice uncooked
- 1 qt milk
- 4 beaten egg yolks
- 1 teasp vanilla
- 1/2 c sugar

- 1 7oz box Odense Almond paste
- 1/2 granulated sugar
- 1 stick butter, room temp
- 3 eggs, room temp
- 1/2 c cake flour

- 1/4 c tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp sofrito
- 1 packet (.18 oz) sazon

Crust: Sift flour and sugar on pastry board
- Crust:
- 2 C flour
- 2 egg yolks
- 4 Tbsp milk
- 1/2 C powdered sugar
- 1/2 tap vanilla or lemon extract
- 1/4 lb butter
- Filling:
- 1 1/2 lb ricotta
- 1 lb cooked wheat
- 2 c sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 egg whites
- 1 c boiled milk
- 1/2 c finely chopped citron and orange peel
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tbsp. Orange water

Preheat oven to 350*. 1. With pastry blender, cut butter into flour until it looks like coarse crumbs
- 1 C butter or margarine (butter works best)
- 2 C sifted all purpose flour
- 1 beaten egg yolk
- 1/2 C sour cream
- Assorted pie fillings (apple pie, lemon, cherry, etc)

- 1/2 tap fresh grated nutmeg

- 1 1/4 c whole milk
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tap vanilla extract
- 8 Tbsp (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 tap cinnamon

1 Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray bottom and sides of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray
- 1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker® sugar cookie mix 1 box (4-serving size) French vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix
- 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 eggs plus 3 egg yolks
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup toffee bits, finely crushed

- 1 tsp vanilla

- 2c all purpose flour, sifted
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2c strawberry preserves or jam
