With a biscuit cutter or the rim of a glass, press a hole in the center of the slice of bread
- 1 slice of your favorite kind of bread
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 egg
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Jalapeno and Crab Stuffed Shrimp

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- Nonstick spray
- 1 stick plus 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped red onion (about 1/4 small red onion), soaked in cold water 5 minutes
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons seafood seasoning, divided (recommended: Old Bay)
- 2 cups panko breadcrumbs, divided
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten , divided
- 4 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro, divided
- 2 limes, zested, divided
- 3 limes, juiced, divided
- 1 pint jumbo lump crabmeat, picked over for cartilage (about 2 cups)
- 1 pound U-12 or colossal shrimp, peeled, deveined and tails on (about 12 shrimp)
Pumpkin-Spiced Whoopie Pies with Ginger Cream

HEAT oven to 350ºF. BEAT first 7 ingredients with mixer until well blended
- 1 pkg. (2-layer size) yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
- 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1/3 cup water
- 3 eggs
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 jar (7 oz.) JET-PUFFED Marshmallow Creme
- 1/3 cup finely chopped crystallized ginger
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
- 1/2 cup Halloween sprinkles
Caramelized Onion and Garlic Dip

In a large saute pan over medium heat, add the olive oil
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
- 1 shallot, peeled and chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 large Spanish onion
- 1 Vidalia onion, finely chopped
- 3 cipollini onions, finely chopped
- 1 medium red onion, finely chopped
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
- 1 cup reduced-fat cream cheese
- 3 scallions, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 bunch fresh chives, chopped (about 3 tablespoons)
Chocolate Mascarpone Stuffed French Toast with Strawberry Syrup

- 1/2 cup mascarpone, at room temperature
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 ounce semisweet chocolate, melted and cooled, plus more for grating
- 12 slices day-old brioche, about 3/4-inch thick
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups half-and-half
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided, plus more if needed
- Confectioners' sugar, for dusting

- 2 pints whole fresh or frozen strawberries, hulled

Tomato and Crab Spaghetti

- 1 pound spaghetti
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
