Delilah Winder's Seven-Cheese Mac and Cheese

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F
- Unsalted butter, for the baking dish
- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 6 large eggs, at room temperature
- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup (4 ounces) cubed Velveeta cheese
- 3 cups half-and-half, at room temperature
- 2 1/2 cups (10 ounces) grated sharp yellow cheddar cheese
- 1 cup (4 ounces) grated extra-sharp white cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup (3 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) grated Asiago cheese
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) grated Gruyere cheese
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) grated Muenster cheese
- Pinch kosher salt, or to taste
- 1 1/2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
Layered Lemon Pies

Maple Baked Beans

- 3 slices bacon, diced
- 1 large Vidalia onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- Pinch red pepper flakes
- 4 (15-ounce) cans white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
- 1 cup porter-style beer
- 1/2 cup real maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 3 dashes hot sauce

Double Fudge Bread Pudding with Chocolate Whipped Topping

- 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions

- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 18 jalapeño peppers, cut lengthwise in half, seeds and membranes removed
Strawberry Frozen Yogurt
