Preheat a grill to medium-high heat
- 2 pounds medium asparagus (woody ends removed)
- 1/2 pound thinly sliced proscuitto
- 1/2 lemon (zest and juice)
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- extra-virgin olive oil
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Chocolate Chip Cream Cheese Monkey Bread

Preheat oven to 350˚F (175˚C)
- 2 16 oz containers of biscuit dough
- 8-12 oz cream cheese
- dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup walnuts

- 1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and cut in half through the core
- 4 ounces pancetta, sliced 1/4-inch thick
- 1/4 cup good olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
- 1 tablespoon syrupy balsamic vinegar (see note)
Tender Slow-Roast Pork Butt

Make small slits all over the roast then insert a whole garlic clove into each slit (this is only optional)
- 1 (4 lb) pork shoulder butt, roast
- whole garlic clove (optional, use as many as desired)
- 1 ⁄3 cup Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
- 3 ⁄4 cup light brown sugar
- 1 1⁄4 cups unsweetened apple juice
- 1 ⁄2 teaspoon salt

Oven Fried Summer Squash

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cold butter
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup maple sugar or granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon apple pie spice
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2/3 cup raisins (optional)
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Aunt Sue's Fresh Apple Cake

- Cream together, then add:
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
