Preheat oven to 350ºF. Coat an 8-inch square baking pan with cooking spray
- 1 cup(s) whole-grain wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup(s) packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup(s) uncooked quick oats
- 15 halves dried apricot halves, diced
- 2 Tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1 Tbsp reduced-calorie margarine, melted
- 1/2 cup(s) fat-free egg substitute
Quinoa Burgers

Cook onions if desired. Combine everything except quinoa and bread crumbs/rice flour in food processor or blender
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup pine nuts or pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro

- 1 cup cooked black beans
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 cups cooked quinoa (1 cup dry)
