How to sour milk

Swiss Chicken Casserole

Arrange chicken breasts in lightly greased 8x8 baking dish
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 4 4x4 swiss cheese
- 1 10oz can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cups her seasoned stuffing cubes
- 1/4 cup butter melted
Chi Chi's Chili Con Queso

Take the bowl out and place into microwave, heat and stir
- Take a pound of Velveeta and melt it until it becomes stirable. Use a microwave for this. Combine an equal amount of half and half and mix thoroughly. Add one 4 oz can of chilis and an equal amount of pimientos.
- Microwave again until the mixture is hot. For a little more spice, add a dash or three of Tabasco at this point. Pour into small bowls and cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator overnite. Don't leave this step
- out.
Mayonnaise

Place all ingredients in mixer, whip till very creamy
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste.
Olive Garden's Vegetable Lasagna

Directions Heat water to a boil in the bottom of a double boiler
- Alfredo Sauce:
- 1 pkg. 100% semolina lasagna
- 1/2 lb. (2 sticks) sweet or salted butter
- 1 1/2 C. heavy cream
- Freshly ground white pepper, to taste
- 1 1/2 C. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 18 12 oz. slices mozzarella cheese
- Ricotta Cheese Mix:
- 16 oz. ricotta cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 C. grated Romano cheese
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 3/4 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 tsp. dry basil
- 2 Tbs. green onion slices, 1/8"-thick
- 1/2 tsp. dry oregano
- 2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 1/4 C. cool Alfredo sauce
- Vegetable Mix:
- 4 C. broccoli florets, trimmed 3/4" -1"
- 2 C. red bell peppers, diced 1/4"
- 2 C. carrots, sliced 1/4", then roughly chopped
- 1 C. green bell peppers, diced 1/4"
- 1 C. yellow onion, diced 1/8"
- 4 C. mushrooms, sliced 1/4"
- 2 C. zucchini, sliced 1/4"

- 2 18-1/4 oz pkgs. chocolate cake mix (I used Devil's Food cake mix)
- 19.8 oz pkg brownie mix
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 c oil

Mexican Caviar

Bring last 3 ingredients to a boin in small saucepan then cool
- 1 bunch of green onions-chopped
- 1 green and red bell pepper chopped
- 1 can pinto beans rinsed and drained
- 1 can black eyed peas rinsed and drained
- 1 can shoepeg corn drained
- 1 can jalepeno peppers drained
- 1/2 cup splenda or sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup cidar vinegar

- 2 medium cans chili beans
- 2 strips greeen pepper cut up
- 2 small cans tomato paste
- 1 med can tomato sauce
- 1 large can tomato juice
Molasses Cookies

The molasses cookies are on the back of Grandma's Original Molasses jar
- 3/4 c. softened shortening 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1 c. packed light brown sugar 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 egg 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. Grandma's Molasses 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ginger
