  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • Tabasco sauce
  • focaccia bread
  • shaved asiago cheese

  • 1 small roast cut up into small bite size pieces
  • 1 can tomatoe sauce
  • 1 large can v-8
  • 2 large onions

  • 2 cups green beans I use fresh
  • 2 cans corn
  • 1 can peas
  • (can also use cans of mixed veggies) I prefer fresh if possible
  • veggies are too taste how many depends on how thick. I like soup your spoon stands up in
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oregano
  • basel
  • use spices you like almost any can be used.
  • 1 cup barley
  • two handful rice I use wild rice
