Panera's French Onion Soup

Directions Melt butter then add sliced onions and saute over high heat until onions turn brown
- 8 C. yellow onions, sliced
- 1/4 C. butter
- 2 cans beef broth
- 3/4 C. chicken broth
- 3 Tbs. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 C. water
- 1 Tbs. tomato sauce
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- Tabasco sauce
- focaccia bread
- shaved asiago cheese
Salmon Patties

mix all ingredients together except oil and cheese
- 3 cans salmon or tuna
- 1 package saltines
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp sour cream optional
- salt pepper to taste
- little oil to fry
- American cheese slices

Cauliflower Salad

- 1 large head Cauliflower faw flourettes
- 1 lb bacon fried and crumbled
- 1 cup diced green pepper
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 cup hellmans mayo mixed with
- 1/4 cup sugar.

Chicken Quesadilla Dip

Excellent dip for corn chips
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 8 oz sour cream
- 9.5 oz canned chicken
- 1 pkg taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 small pkg taco cheese
Slow Cooker Teriyaki Chicken

Directions In the slow cooker, mix together soy sauce, molasses, vinegar, ginger, garlic, and pepper
- (maks 4 servings)
- Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/8 teaspoon fresh black pepper
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons chicken stock
Beef Barley Soup

Boil soup bone until meat falls off
- 1 Large soup bone
- 1 small roast cut up into small bite size pieces
- 1 can tomatoe sauce
- 1 large can v-8
- 2 large onions
- 2 cup potatoes chunks
- 2 cupscarrots
- 2 cups celery
- 2 cups green beans I use fresh
- 2 cans corn
- 1 can peas
- (can also use cans of mixed veggies) I prefer fresh if possible
- veggies are too taste how many depends on how thick. I like soup your spoon stands up in
- salt
- pepper
- oregano
- basel
- use spices you like almost any can be used.
- 1 cup barley
- two handful rice I use wild rice
Chi Chi's Beef Chimichanga

Brown ground beef, drain & add seasonings & 1/2 cup water
- 1 lb Beef, Ground-lean
- 1/4 cup Onions
- 3 clove Garlic, Whole
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 cups Salsa
- 1 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Seed
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 0 tsp Salt
- 6 Flour Tortilla - 6
- 12 oz refried beans, canned
- 3 cups Cheddar Cheese
- 8 oz Diced Green Chilies
- 1 cube Beef Bouillon
- 3/4 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
