For the baked yogurt: Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F
- Baked Yogurt:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup creme fraiche
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 vanilla bean, halved and seeds scraped
- 6 tablespoons honey
- Tropical Fruit Compote:
- 2 cups diced fresh pineapple
- 1 cup mango puree
- 1/2 cup diced dried mango
- 1/2 cup diced dried papaya
- 1/2 cup diced banana
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (not packed)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 vanilla bean, halved and seeds scraped

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 cup (16 tablespoons, 8 ounces) butter, softened to room temperature
- 1 1/4 cup (9.5 ounces) light or dark brown sugar
- 1 1/4 cup (9.5 ounces) granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4 1/4 cups (21.25 ounces) all-purpose flour (see note above)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups (18 ounces) semisweet or bittersweet chocolate chips
- 3 cups (about 9 ounces) shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened)

- 2/3 cup grated Pecorino Romano
- 1/3 cup grated provolone
