MJ's Garlic Baked Fries

Ingredients
- 2 lbs russet potatoes, 4-5 potatoes
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- pinch of brown sugar

Preparation
Step 1
1.Preheat oven to 425
2.Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and spray heavily with nonstick spray, set aside
3.Wash and towel dry potatoes
4.Cut each potatoes into quarters and then cut 4 wedges from each quarter, getting 16 wedges from each potato
5.In a large microwave safe bowl place olive oil and minced garlic and stir to combine
6.Add in potato wedges and toss to combine
7.Tightly cover bowl with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 3 minutes
8.Remove from microwave and toss to combine
9.Microwave for an additional 3 minutes
10.In a small bowl combine cornstarch, salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder and brown sugar
11.Sprinkle seasoning over potatoes and toss to combine
12.Pour potatoes onto prepared baking sheet and spread into a single layer
13.Bake for 30-40 minutes, flipping once, or until potatoes are browned and crispy
14.Serve and ENJOY!!
