- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 large eggs
- 2 1/4 cups unsifted all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. hot water
- 2 cups walnut pieces
- 12 oz. chocolate chips

Mix salad ingredients. Mix dressing ingredients and refrigerate before putting on salad

- 4 oz. (100g) hazelnuts
- 3/4 th cup or (180ml) vodka
- 1 vanilla bean, split and scraped
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 th cup water

- 1 habanero chile, preferably red
- 4 cups seedless watermelon chunks (1 1/2 pounds)
