Tuna Salad Melt

- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup canned chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed and drained
- 1/4 cup canola mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 (12-ounce) can solid white tuna in water, drained and flaked
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 6 (1-ounce) slices multigrain bread
- 1 1/2 ounces shredded Swiss cheese (about 1/3 cup)

- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- Salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (EVOO), plus some for browning the chickent legs, divided
- 1 bottle teriyaki sauce
- 3 tablespoons ginger, grated
- 3 garlic cloves, grated
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 6 scallions, white and green parts sliced on the bias, but kept separate
- 2 cups rice
- 2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into thin matchsticks
- 1 cucumber, cut into thin matchsticks
- 1 large carrot, cut into thin matchsticks
- 3 tablespoons cilantro, roughly chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
Outback Steakhouse Lobster and Mushroom Topping

- 2 Tbsp butter
- 4 oz button mushrooms sliced thin
- 1 tsp chopped chives
- 1/2 cup heavy (whipping) cream
- 4 oz Lobster claw meat or shrimp, chopped

Pillsbury bananas foster pie

Heat oven to 450°F. In small bowl, mix all sauce ingredients until well blended; set aside

- 1 tablespoon dark rum or 1 teaspoon rum extract

French Bread Pizza

1. Adjust oven rack to upper-middle position and heat oven to 475 degrees
- 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 tablespoons finely chopped fresh basil
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 (24-inch) loaf French bread, halved lengthwise and cut crosswise into 8 even pieces
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup pizza sauce (see note)
