  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cold butter, cut into small pieces
