Bacon Chicken Alfredo Pasta

Fry bacon until crispy, place on Paper towels and set aside
- SAUCE:
- 1 cup of diced fried ham
- 1 cup of crumbled cooked bacon (for the top)
- 1 diced Roma Tomato ( for the top or can mix in)
- 5 to 6 stalks of cooked Tender Asparagus for the top
- 1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese and additional for the top
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup chicken Broth
- 1 cup Whipping Cream
- 1 cup grated Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 2 Tablespoons flour
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- a few sprinkles of Red pepper flakes (opt)
- 1 Teaspoon white sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper
Creamy Chicken and Rigatoni

Heat oil in Dutch oven over medium-high heat
- 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons dried basil leaves
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
- 2 cans (14 1/2 ounces each) diced tomatoes, well drained
- 2 cups whipping (heavy) cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 2 1/2 cups rigatoni pasta (8 ounces)
- 1 package (16 ounces) frozen broccoli, red pepper, onions and mushrooms, thawed and well drained
- Shredded Parmesan cheese, if desired
Pineapple Upside Down Biscuits

- 3/4 cups Packed Brown Sugar
- 3 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 1-1/2 cup Chopped Fresh Pineapple (I Used Chopped Peeled Green Apples)

- 2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 3/4 teaspoons Salt

Chocolate Cupcakes with Flaming Strawberries

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Cupcakes:
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup hot water
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 3 tbsp canola or other vegetable oil
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- Frosting:
- 2 sticks softened butter
- 4 cups confectioners' sugar
- 4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
Russian Tea

Bring to a simmer but Do Not Boil
- Bring to a boil and let steep for at least 10 minutes:
- 1 qt. family size tea bag
- 1 qt. water
- 2 short cinnamon sticks
- 10 cloves
- Add:
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
Orange Soy Pork Loin
