1. Render bacon, drain and set aside
- 1/2 pound Applewood Smoked Bacon
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1-2 tablespoons Hot Sauce
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 4 cups steamed white rice

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (or more to taste)

- 1/3 cup finely diced shallots (or red onions)

- 1 1/2 lb. bulk sausage
- 9 eggs
- 3 cups milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard

- 4 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1 1/2 cup pecans
- handful sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus a little extra
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup honey, plus a little extra
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cup raisins, dried cranberries or chopped dates

- 1 yellow butter cake mix
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup cooking oil

Pretzel Bottomed Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Cookie Pie

Preheat oven to 350° Combine crushed pretzels, 1/2 cup melted butter and 1/2 cup sugar in a bowl
- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup butter, room temp
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 1/4 cups white wheat flour (or you can use white)
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips (I used Ghirardelli cuz its the best EVER)
- 1 (8 oz) bag Reese's minis
Pork Tenderloin w/Pan Sauce

Directions: Combine all marinade ingredients and reserve 2-3 Tbsp
- Pan Sauce:
- 1 ⁄2 cup olive oil
- 1 ⁄3 cup soy sauce
- 1 ⁄4 cup red wine vinegar
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1-2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1-2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tsp dry mustard
- Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 1 1-lb. pork tenderloin (silver skin removed)
- Pan scrapings from pork tenderloin
- 1/2 cup of chicken broth
- 2-3 tbsp of pork marinade (thoroughly mixed)
- 1-2 tsp butter
Clam Chowder

Directions Drain juice from clams into a large skillet over the onions, celery, potatoes and carrots
- 4 (6.5 ounce) cans minced clams
- 1 cup minced onion
- 1 cup diced celery
- 2 cups cubed potatoes
- 1 cup diced carrots (optional)
- chicken broth (optional)
- 4 slices of bacon
- 3/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 quart half-and-half cream
- 1 bottle clam juice
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- ground black pepper to taste
