- 2 teaspoons ground ginger

- 4 thick cut pork chops
- 1 onion, halved and thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon brandy
- 1 1/2 cups orange juice
Polish Noodle Casserole

Directions: Preheat oven to 350°F
- 1 pkg. Hillshire Farm® Polska Kielbasa
- 2 cups sour cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- ½ teaspoon dry mustard
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 8 ounces uncooked egg noodles, cooked according to package directions
- 2 cups frozen corn, thawed
- ½ cup (2 ounces) grated Parmesan cheese
Maple Baked Pork Loin Roast

- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 (4 pound) boneless pork loin roast

- 3/4 cup maple syrup

- 1/3 cup water

Peach, Honey and Cardamom Wine Cordial

- 1 bottle dry white wine
- 8 cardamom pods
- 1/2 cup Italian honey

Sausage and Apple Casserole

1. Dry bread cubes in 250F oven for 10 minutes
- 8 cups white bread, cubed (about 15 slices)

- 1 lg onion, diced
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 2 lg Apples (any variety), pared, cored and chopped into 1/2" - 1" pieces

- 4 Cups mixed fresh vegetables (we used red bell peppers, whole mushrooms, asparagus, green and yellow squash)
- 2-3 TB. olive oil
- 2 tsp. lemon juice or red wine vinegar

Pizza Macaroni Bake

Directions In a skillet, cook sausage, green pepper and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain
- 1/2 pound bulk pork sausage
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1/2 cup elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- Dash pepper

- 2 1/2 lb. plum tomatoes, halved lengthwise
- 1 1/4 tsp. kosher salt, plus more, to taste
- Freshly ground pepper, to taste

- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp. sweet paprika
