Cranberry Fluff

Combine cranberries, marshmallows and sugar
- 2 cups raw cranberries, ground
- 3 cups Campfire Miniature Marshmallows
- 1/2 cup seedless green grapes
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup broken walnuts
- 1 cup heavy cream (whipped)
- 2 cups diced unpared tart apples
Shortbread Cookies

CLASSIC SHORTBREAD COOKIES
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 ½ teaspoon salt
- 1/2 ½ cup Plus 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature, cut into chunks
- 1 teaspoon water
Spring Vegetable Pasta

Bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 yellow onion, cut into slices 1/4 inch thick
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/3 cup drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes,

- 2 zucchini, thinly sliced lengthwise with a
- vegetable peeler
- 2 cups baby arugula
- 4 oz. goat cheese (chèvre), crumbled

Strawberry Cream Cake

FOR THE CAKE: Adjust oven rack to lower-middle position and heat oven to 325 degrees
- Cake
- 1 1/4 cups cake flour (5 ounces)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon table salt
- 1 cup sugar (7 ounces)
- 5 large eggs (2 whole and 3 separated), room temperature

Fruit-Tart Flag

Heat oil in skillet and saute garlic and onions until tender
- 1/2 cup mushrooms
- slivered ginger
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 lb lean ground pork
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/2 lb green beans, julienned
- 2 carrots, julienned
- 1/2 cup julienned cabbage
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (optional)
- 1 cup bean sprouts (optional)
- 15 lumpia wrappers, square or round

Cheese Fondue Hash Browns

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 large Idaho potatoes, washed, peeled and diced (about 1 1/2 to 2 inches thick)
- Pinch smoked paprika
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 bunch green onions, halved and thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 small Camembert or Brie cheese, rind trimmed off the bottom side
