  • Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • Pinch black pepper
  • One 4- to 6-pound Boston butt pork roast, bone-in
  • Hawaiian Buns, for serving
