Caesar Salad Dressing

Whisk ingredients together in a small bowl
- 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
Cheddar and Chive Scones

Preheat the oven to 375. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment and set aside
- 2 cups AP Flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 6 Tbsp butter, chilled and sliced

- VODKA SAUCE:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 7 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 (28-ounce) can San Marzano crushed tomatoes
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4 cup vodka
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- BAKED GNUDI:
- 2 cups smooth ricotta cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 2 1/4 cups grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 tablespoon fine salt
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh black pepper
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

Open-Face Egg and Griddled Ham Breakfast Sandwiches

- 1 dozen large eggs
- Kosher salt

- 1 cup mixed chopped herbs, such as parsley, tarragon and chives

- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon ground sumac (optional)

- 2 cups water
- 6 ounces crumbled feta
- For the cheese sauce:
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 cups milk
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Iraqi Eggs with Lamb and Tomatoes (Makhlama Lahm)

- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lb. ground lamb
- 1 medium yellow onion, minced
- 1 ⁄3 cup parsley, minced
- 1 tsp. yellow curry powder
- 2 small vine-ripe tomatoes, cored and roughly chopped
- 4 eggs
- Kosher salt freshly ground pepper
- crushed red chile flakes, for garnish
- Naan or flatbread, for serving (optional)
