- COMBINE:
- 2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning, divided
- 1 tsp. kosher salt

- 8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- ADD:
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh garlic
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 3/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup half-and-half
- 1 1/4 cups grated Asiago, divided
- 2 oz. cream cheese, cubed
- Combine 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, then rub on all sides of thighs.
Pearl Onion Gratin with Parmesan, Savory & Thyme

Heat the oven to 400°F. Put the onions and 3/4 cup water in a large saucepan over high heat
- 2 lb. frozen pearl onions, thawed
- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1 2-1/2- to 3-lb. chicken, giblets removed
