Rocky Road Brownies

This brownie was massive and was topped with chocolate, marshmallows, nuts, and more chocolate
- Rocky Road topping:
- Brownie base: (You can definitely use boxed brownies or your favorite brownie recipe for this. I have included our Fudgy Brownie recipe)
- 8 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 cup (2 sticks) margarine (you can use butter, but they don't turn out quite as fudgy), melted
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup nuts (optional)
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped nuts (I used walnuts, but any nuts will do)
- 1 (10 oz) bag mini marshmallows
- Chocolate drizzle (optional- recipe below)

- 2 cups grated zucchini, tightly packed
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips, divided
- 1 cup coarsely chopped dried cherries, lightly packed
- 1/2 cup sunflower oil (or other neutral flavored oil)
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- raw sugar (demerara or turbinado sugars are similar)

These are my idea of the perfect crepes
- 1 1/2 cups (350ml) milk (preferably 2%)
- 1 cup (142g) all-purpose flour (scoop and level to measure)
- 2 tsp granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp (42g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- Butter for pan
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
- Desired fillings (optional)

This decadent Chocolate Stout Cake is a dark chocolate cake spiked with chocolate stout beer
- For the cake
- 1 cup chocolate stout
- 4 tablespoons light sour cream
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
- 3/4 cup Hershey’s Special dark chocolate cocoa powder, sifted
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 5 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- For the frosting
- 2 cup (4 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup Hershey’s Special dark chocolate cocoa powder, sifted
- 7-8 cups powdered sugar
- 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons chocolate stout
- Pinch of salt
