- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Topping
- 3/4 cup flour
- 7 teaspoons sugar, divided
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter, cut into bits
- 1/2 cup buttermilk

- BROWNIES:
- 8 8 8 eggs
- 4 4 4 C sugar
- 4 4 4 tsp vanilla
- 2 2 2 tsp salt
- 2 2 2 C butter
- 3 3 3 C flour
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 C unsweetened cocoa powder
- HOT FUDGE:
- 3 1/2 3 1/2 1/2 Tb cornstarch
- 2 2 2 Tb + 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 2 2 ounce) cans 2 (12 ounce) cans evaporated milk
- 2 2 2 C sugar
- 4 4 4 Tb butter, divided
- 2 2 2 tsp vanilla
- dash dash salt
- ICE CREAM:
- 1-2 1-2 1-2 gallons vanilla ice cream (Mint Chocolate Chip and Cookies and Cream are great as well)
