The cake is white and super moist with a semi dense texture (not light and airy)
- CUPCAKES:
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1/3 C flour
- 1 (3.4 ounce) box instant white chocolate pudding mix
- 1/3 C vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 C water
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 C sour cream
- 4 egg whites
- FILLING:
- 1 (3.4 ounce) box instant white chocolate pudding mix/
- 2 C half and half
- FROSTING:
- 1/2 C white chocolate chips
- 1 C butter, softened
- 6 C powdered sugar
- 5 Tb half and half
- 1/2 C strawberry or raspberry jam
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 drops red food coloring
- dash salt
