- 1 white cake mix
- 1 egg
- 8 Tablespoons butter, melted
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 24 Milky Way Simply Caramel Unwrapped Bites
- 3-4 Tablespoons cinnamon sugar
Pineapple Chicken Kabobs

- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon seasame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon chili pepper flakes (optional)
- 8 boneless chicken breast
- 1 green and orange bell pepper
- 1 large red onion
Pineapple Cream Cupcakes

Oh my word these are good
- cake or cupcake:
- 1 box of yellow cake mix
- 1/3 cup melted butter, cooled
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/4 cup of crushed pineapple with juice
- 2 t. vanilla extract
- cream cheese frosting:
- 1/2 cup of butter, softened
- 8 oz of room temperature cream cheese
- 1 t. vanilla extract
- 3-4 cups of powdered sugar
- Maraschino cherries for the top of each cupcake
- and yellow sugar sprinkles*

- COOKIE BARS:
- 1 1/2 C sugar
- 1 C butter, softened
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 C flour
- FROSTING:
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 C butter, softened
- 3 C powdered sugar
- 3 Tb whipping cream
- 2 tsp peppermint extract
- dash salt
- 20 miniature candy canes
Giant’s Fudge Pie

I got this recipe from a friend whose husband coaches for the NFL New York Giants
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 1 cup choc chips
- 1/2 cup butter
- Dash salt
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs (beaten)
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 tablespoon good vanilla
Cream Cheese Cookies

I tried these cookies this past December and my kids loved them
- 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 2 1/2 sticks butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- 1 T sugar
- 2 cans (20-ounce) cherry or blueberry pie filling
- Glaze: You could easily use a jar of canned vanilla frosting for the glaze, if you prefer.
- 2-3 C powdered sugar
- 1/2 t vanilla
- 1-2 T milk
- dash of salt

- For the Pie
- 1 refrigerated pie crust
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 2 cups eggnog
- 1/2 cup butter, cubed
- 1 teaspoon rum extract
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- For the Whipped Cream
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup eggnog
- 1/2 teaspoon rum extract
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
