  • And here are some variations:
  • 6 whole Whole Wheat English Muffins, Split
  • 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 2 whole Apples, Cut Into Thin Slices
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
  • Use softened butter instead of peanut butter. You’ll wind up with nice little apple pie treats.
  • Use brown sugar instead of white sugar. Or do a mix of white and brown!
  • Add a sprinkle of nutmeg to the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  • Change up the bread you use: Bagels, cinnamon-raisin bread, sourdough…yum!

  • 3/4 cup cake flour

  • 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup (4 ounces) butter, cold, cut into small pieces

  • 1 teaspoons vanilla
  • for the frosting:
  • 3.5 ounces marshmallow fluff (1/2 of 7 ounce container)
  • 1/2 cup (4 ounces) butter, room temperature
  • 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1-2 tablespoons cream
  • 10 Oreo cookies, finely crushed, plus additional Oreos for garnish

1. Place mixed fruit, brandy and sugar in 2 to 3 quart pitcher and stir to combine

  • 3 cups DOLE® Frozen Mixed Fruit, partially thawed
  • 1/2 cup brandy
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 bottles red wine
  • 2 cups DOLE® Canned 100% Pineapple Juice
  • 1 . Place mixed fruit, brandy and sugar in 2 to 3 quart pitcher and stir to combine.
  • 2 . Set in refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours.
