Apple Peanut Butter Delights

- And here are some variations:
- 6 whole Whole Wheat English Muffins, Split
- 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 2 whole Apples, Cut Into Thin Slices
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- Use softened butter instead of peanut butter. You’ll wind up with nice little apple pie treats.
- Use brown sugar instead of white sugar. Or do a mix of white and brown!
- Add a sprinkle of nutmeg to the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Change up the bread you use: Bagels, cinnamon-raisin bread, sourdough…yum!

I made these cookies and cream cupcakes using my very favorite vanilla cupcake recipe
- for the cupcakes:
- 12 Oreo cookies
- 3/4 cup cake flour
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup (4 ounces) butter, cold, cut into small pieces
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cups milk
- 1 teaspoons vanilla
- for the frosting:
- 3.5 ounces marshmallow fluff (1/2 of 7 ounce container)
- 1/2 cup (4 ounces) butter, room temperature
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1-2 tablespoons cream
- 10 Oreo cookies, finely crushed, plus additional Oreos for garnish

Holiday Sangria

1. Place mixed fruit, brandy and sugar in 2 to 3 quart pitcher and stir to combine
- 3 cups DOLE® Frozen Mixed Fruit, partially thawed
- 1/2 cup brandy
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 bottles red wine
- 2 cups DOLE® Canned 100% Pineapple Juice
- 1 . Place mixed fruit, brandy and sugar in 2 to 3 quart pitcher and stir to combine.
- 2 . Set in refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours.
- 3 . Add wine and pineapple juice stir to combine. Serve over ice. Yield: 12 servings
