Pumpkin Spice Crunch Dump Cake

Instructions Bottom Crust Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Bottom crust
- 1 spice cake mix, set aside 1 cup
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- one egg
- Filling
- 3 eggs
- 1 29 ounce can pumpkin puree OR 2 15 ounce cans
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- Topping
- 1/3 cup sugar
- one cup of cake mix, reserved from crust
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup coconut, shredded
- 1/3 cup butter

- 1 c. warm water
- 1 t. olive oil
- 1 t. sugar
- 1 env. active dry yeast
- Optional: salt, pepper, garlic powder, dried oregano and dried basil to taste
- 3-1/2 c. all-purpose flour, divided
- Garnish: pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, desired pizza toppings
Perfect Apple Pie

- Crust:
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 sticks cold butter, cut into tablespoon slices
- 4-6 tablespoons very cold water (I like to add a few ice cubes to a measuring cup with about a half cup of water…use that to pour into your measuring spoon).
- Filling:
- 3 pounds apples (I used golden delicious, Granny Smith, and Jonagolds), peeled and each cut into 8 slices
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2/3 cup sugar (you may use more or less depending on sweetness of apples)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 egg
- Dash of salt

- 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons milk
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 2/3 cup cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons corn starch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Nacho Chicken Dip

Preheat oven to 350°F. Oil a large pan and preheat on medium heat

- 1 1/2 pounds chicken, cubed
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 medium onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 4 ounce can green chiles
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 cups crushed tortilla chips, plus more for dipping

- 1/4 teaspoon Pure Almond Extract
- 3 cups Sweetened Shredded Coconut

Pumpkin Spice Biscoff Cheesecake Pretzel Bites

The combination of pumpkin, sweet biscoff, warm cinnamon, and salty pretzels is irresistible
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 3/4 cups cookie butter (I like Biscoff)
- 1/2 can pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 bag Pretzels (I used about 160 total)
- 12 oz white chocolate (or candy coating/almond bark)
- sprinkles (if desired)
- Note
- If pretzel bites will be consumed on the same day you make them feel free to dip just half the pretzel in chocolate, as shown. Otherwise, I recommend dipping the entire pretzel. This will help keep it crunchy while being refrigerated.
