- 2 1/2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3 Tablespoons fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped
- 2 1/2 pounds firm ripe tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon sugar (approx.)
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- salt to taste
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- chopped parsley for garnish
Chocolate Cut Out Cookies with Glaze Icing

These Chocolate Cut Out Cookies are a fun way to switch up the traditional cut out Sugar Cookie
- 1 1 1 C butter, softened
- 2/3 2/3 2/3 C sugar
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 C brown sugar
- 1 1 1 egg
- 2 2 2 T water
- 1 1 1 t almond extract
- 1 1 1 t vanilla
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 C cocoa powder (Girardelli or Hershey's, use good quality cocoa)
- 3 3 3 C flour
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 t baking soda
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 t salt
- Glaze Icing

- 1 1 1 C powdered sugar
- 1 1 1 T corn syrup
- 1 1 1 t milk
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 t almond extract
- Americolor Food Coloring (available at Hobby Lobby)
