Mrs. Fields Pumpkin Harvest Cookies

You're not in the mood for pumpkin pie, but you want to bake something with pumpkin in it for the holidays
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 2 cups packed dark brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup canned pumpkin (pure pumpkin)
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 12 ounces white chocolate chunks
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
Frozen Sundae Pie

This can be assembled beforehand without the bananas—put them on top right before serving
- 9 chocolate wafers
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 tablespoon hot fudge ice cream topping, warmed
- 1/2 cup sliced banana
- 1 tablespoon caramel ice cream topping, warmed
- 1 tablespoon dry roasted peanuts, chopped
