Instructions Add a tablespoon of butter to a sauté pan
- 14 ounce package of turkey Kielbasa, browned
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 8 ounces of sauerkraut, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup of light sour cream
- 8 ounces of light cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 cup of light mayo
- 2 tablespoons of ketchup
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons of chopped scallions
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
- 1 1/2 cups of grated swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup of Gruyére cheese
- 1/8 cup of finely chopped pickle ( I used a half-sour pickle)
- 1 tsp of pepper

- 1/4 C unsweetened baking cocoa powder
- 1/2 C vegetable oil
- 2 C all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 C granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 C buttermilk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- For the Frosting
- 1/2 C (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 1/2 C buttermilk
- 1/4 C unsweetened baking cocoa powder
- 1 (1-pound) box powdered sugar (4 3/4 cups)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
