- Oat Cookie Pie Crust:
- 9 T. butter, room temp
- 5 1/2 Tb. Brown Sugar
- 2 T. sugar
- 1 large egg
- 3/4 cup plus 2 T. rolled oats
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/8 tsp. baking powder
- 1/8 tsp. baking soda
- pinch of salt
- NUTELLA CRACK PIE FILLING:
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup plus 3 Tbls. brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup Nutella
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 8 egg yolks
- powdered sugar for garnish*
Balsamic Vinegar/Olive Oil Salad Dressing

Combine the olive oil, vinegar, garlic, oregano, mustard, salt and pepper in a jar with a tight fitting lid

- 3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, crushed or to taste

Melt the butter with the milk in the microwave on low power
- 5 cups of flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 2/3 cup of warm milk
- 2/3 cup of warm water
- 2 packets of active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of assorted spices like mace, cardamom and nutmeg
- 2 quarts of oil

- 1 1/2 cups Martha White® Yellow Corn Meal
