Roasted Carrots With Maple Syrup

Preheat the oven to 450 degree F
- 2 pounds peeled baby carrots
- 3 cloves garlic, mashed, plus 8 cloves, unpeeled
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Curried Chicken Wings

Campbell’s Simply Delicious Meat Loaf

- 1 1/2 lb. ground meat loaf mix
- 1/2 cup Italian-seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 can Campbell’s golden mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup water
No Bake Cookies

- 2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
Greek Chicken Breasts

Combine flour and oregano in a shallow dish; dredge chicken breasts in flour mixture
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 4 skinned, boned chicken breasts halves
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
- 2 medium ripe tomatoes, peeled, chopped
- 3 tbsp. sliced ripe olives
- 2 tbsp. capers
- 2 tbsp. crumbled feta cheese
Deviled Eggs

Cut eggs in half lengthwise; scoop out yolks into a bowl
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 4 teaspoons capers, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 2 ounces cooked ham, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Paprika for garnish (optional)
- Chopped parsley or chopped fresh dill for garnish (optional)
Reuben Casserole

- 2 pounds sauerkraut, drained
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3/4 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits, Pillsbury
- 1/4 teaspoon carraway seeds
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 2 tablespoons Russian dressing
- 8 ounces corn beef, shredded
- 2 crisp rye crackers, crushed
Strawberry Parfait Pie

Dissolve a small package of wild strawberry jello with 1 cup of hot water in a pan
- 1 3 oz. strawberry jello
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- 1 1/2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 1 9 inch graham cracker pie crust
- Cool whip
Meatball Sub Casserole

2 garlic cloves, diced. Place bread in a single layer in an ungreased 13x9x2 inch baking dish
- 20 meatballs
- 1-1 lb. loaf Italian bread, cut into 1 inch slices (this can be store bought or homemade)
- 1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 C. mayonnaise (Do not use fat free or light)
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 C. (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1-28 oz jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 C. water
Six In One Cookies

Dough: cream butter, gradually add sugar, cream until light and fluffy, add eggs and vanilla mix well
- Flavorings:
- 2 cup butter
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 4 cup flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup mint chocolate chip
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 oz. square unsweetened chocolate or substitute with 3 tbsp. Hershey cocoa and 1 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple
- 1/2 cup butterscotch chips; or chocolate chips
