Parmesan Chicken with Garlic and Herbs

Combine crushed garlic, olive oil, and poultry seasoning in small pan and heat 1 minute, until just warm
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tsp. crushed garlic (garlic puree from a jar is perfect here)
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning (I used Penzeys)
- 1/4 cup whole wheat Panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

- 1 cup Butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour

- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 cups milk, warm
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Dash salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Dash hot sauce
- Dash Worcestershire sauce
- 3 cups shredded Cheddar
- 1 pound cavatappi pasta, cooked al dente
- 1 cup crushed potato chips
- 5 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

French Onion Soup

- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/4 lb. Butter
- 8 yellow onions, cut in half, then sliced 1/4 " thick
- 1 cup White Wine
- 1 cup Sherry
- 3 sprigs Thyme
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1 Tablespoon Peppercorns
- 1 quart Chicken stock
- 2 quarts Beef Stock
- Salt /Pepper
- Sliced Baguette
- Olive Oil
- Emmenthal Cheese, shredded ( Swiss Cheese)
- Chives, garnish
Buffalo Chicken Bites

Preheat oven to 350˚F
- 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup hot sauce (to taste)
- 3 1/2 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 3/4 cups sharp shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 3 – 4 cups Corn Flakes cereal, crushed

Dough dissolve yeast in water Add milk, oil, sugar, egg, salt and 2 cups flour, beat until smooth
