Cook ground beef in a non-stick pan
- 1 pound ground beef
- 3 cups bow-tie noodles
- 3 cups spaghetti sauce (I used this homemade marinara)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (or half basil/ half oregano)
- 3/4 cups mozzarella cheese
- ½ cups sour cream
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley

Make crust: Put oven rack in middle position and preheat oven to 325°F
- For crust:
- 3 1/2 oz graham crackers, crumbled (1cup)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- For filling:
- 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin (from a 1/4-oz envelope)
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 3/8 teaspoon salt

- For glaze:
- 3 oz fine-quality bittersweet chocolate (not unsweetened), coarsely chopped

- Muffin Batter:
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs, at room temperature
- 2 limes, zested and juiced
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 8 medium, tart apples
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1-2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
