Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Mix first four ingredients together
- simple ingredients:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (shredded is better than the canister but if that’s all you have that’s ok)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 tsp worschestire sauce
- 4 chicken breasts
Braided Spaghetti Bread

Spray counter lightly with non-stick cooking spray (or use parchment paper)
- 1 Loaf Rhodes Bread Dough or 12 Rhodes Dinner Rolls, thawed to room temperature
- 6 oz spaghetti, cooked
- 1 cup thick spaghetti sauce
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into 1/2 –inch cubes
- 1 egg white
- Parmesan cheese
- Parsley flakes
Lemon Drizzle Cake

Preheat the oven and preheat to 350˚F and butter a 12 x 9 x 1 ½-inch baking pan (I used a 9 x 9)
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, cubed
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 medium eggs
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 2/3 cups self-rising flour, sifted (or 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour, 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder and 3/4 teaspoon salt)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder, sifted
- Finely grated zest and juice of 2 lemons
- 1 cup granulated sugar
Chocolate Banana Cream Pie

Put the sugar, flour and kosher salt into a large saucepan
- Crust
- 3 cups Mother’s Fudge Cookie crumbs (a little over 1/2 the package)
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 6 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- Filling
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour (or 3 Tablespoons cornstarch)
- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter, diced
- 1 teaspoon – 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract (to taste, I like more vanilla but you may like less)
- 2 large bananas, sliced

Chocolate Berry Pie

Combine cream cheese, brown sugar and vanilla until well blended
- 2 8 oz soft cream cheese
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 12 oz chocolate morsels
- 2 cup cool whip
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 pint strawberries
- 1 graham cracker crust
Strawberry Jello Salad

- 2 small packages frozen strawberries
- 1 medium (1 lb.)can crushed pineapple (well drained)

- 5 whole yukon gold potatoes, cleaned, and sliced very thin
- 10 slices of good bacon, cooked and crumbled, bacon grease reserved
- 3 large onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter

- splash of worcestershire sauce
