  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 180 g (1 1/4 cup) all-purpose flour
  • 80 g (3/4 cup) self-raising flour
  • 80 g (3/4 cup) dark cocoa powder
  • 9 ″ 23cm (3″ high) round cake pan. Greased and prepared with baking paper. Remember to make a collar.
  • Preheat oven to 160 C (320 F) Do not use the fan.

  • 16-20 C popped popcorn (fresh, or about 2 bags microwave popcorn)

  • 1 6oz box candy canes, crushed. (About 1-1 1/2 C total and Bob's are the best!)

  • 3/4 C semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • one *one bag microwave popcorn has about 10 cups in it, so if you're air-popping, do about 20 cups.
