Pollock Pea Soup

- 2 cups split green peas
- 8 cups water
- 2 carrots, peeled
- 1 onion, cut in half
- 2 stalks celery
- 3-4 beef soup bones (meaty, with little fat)
- Dill (a nice handful)
- 1 tsp salt
