German Chocolate Cheesecake Cake

This cake does take quite some time to bake and chill, so plan accordingly
- Cake:
- 1 - German chocolate cake mix (prefer Duncan Hines)
- prepared according to package directions (adding the eggs, oil & water)
- Cream Cheese Filling:
- 2 - 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 - cups granulated sugar
- 4 - eggs, lightly beaten
- Coconut Pecan Frosting:
- 1 - cup granulated sugar
- 1 - cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 - cup (1 stick) real butter, cubed
- 3 - egg yolks, lightly beaten
- 1 - teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 - cups flaked coconut
- 1-1/2 - cup chopped pecans
Cut Out Butter Cookies

Shaped sugar cookies with icing
- Cookies:
- 3 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup softened butter
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Icing:
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter (room temperature)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 1b. 10X powdered sugar
- 1-3 teaspoons milk, half and half or cream
Strawberry Torte

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Unsalted butter, for pan
- 8 extra-large eggs, room temperature, separated
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cake flour (not self-rising)
- 2 teaspoons sifted baking powder
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar, plus more for work towel
- 1 quart strawberries, washed, dried, and hulls removed
Long Grain Rice

- 1 cup milk
- 1 package yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 to 5 cups flour (roll flour is best)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 stick butter, melted
Chocolate Peanut Butter Lava Cake

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees
- 1 stick plus 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 6 ounces German Baking Chocolate, chopped
- 3 tablespoons low-fat creamy peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs

- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 8 slices French bread
- 8 ounces honey ham
- 8 ounces smoked turkey breast
- 12 slices mozzarella cheese

Spray 5 to 7 quart slow cooker with cooking spray, if using a ceramic insert
- nonstick cooking spray
- 1 (20-ounce) package refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
- 3 large chicken breasts
- 1 (8-ounce) tub chive and onion cream cheese
- 2 cups fresh baby spinach
- 1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- salt and pepper, to taste
