- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Dash of salt
- Dash of pepper
- 4 4-oz salmon fillets
- 1 lb fresh asparagus spears, ends trimmed
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Peanut Butter-Banana Latte

- 1 cup milk
- 1 fully ripe banana
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter

- 1 cup ice cubes
- Cool Whip Aerosol Whipped Topping
