Paleo Almond Flour Pancakes

Rinse all fruits and vegetables
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 4 stalks fresh kale
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries or blackberries
- 1 tangerine or 1/2 large orange
- 1/2 cup coconut milk or orange juice
- 2 peeled bananas
- 2 tablespoon ground flax seed
The Fatty Vegan Smoothie

- 3/4 cup Water
- 1/4 Cup Ice
- 1 Medium Banana
- 2 TB Super Soft Avocado
- 2 TB Semi-Melted Coconut Oil

Layer the ingredients into the blender in the order listed
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 large handful baby spinach leaves
- 1 cup green grapes, frozen
- 1 medium banana, frozen
Rum Balls

Mix crushed wafers, powdered sugar, pecans and cocoa
- 3 cups finely crushed vanilla wafers (about 75)
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts (about 4 ounces)
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1/2 cup rum
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- Powdered or granulated sugar
Quinoa with Peaches and Creamy Yougurt

1. If quinoa is not pre-rinsed, rinse in plenty of cool water to remove coating, and drain
- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cups water
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 large fresh peach, pitted and chopped
- 1/2 cup fat-free greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey, or to taste
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg
- 1 tbsp lime juice, or to taste
Sweet Potato Soup

Melt the soya butter in a medium pan and fry the onion, garlic and sweet potato for a few minutes until softened
- You'll need:
- This is perfect for the day after the big halloween night. Soothing on a sore stomach, good for a bad head and also delicious. And it's orange. And it's kind of smoky (because of the paprika) so it reminds me of winter fires.
- Recipe makes 3 big bowlfuls.
- 30 g/1oz soya butter
- 1 red onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 big sweet potato sliced and peeled
- 2 tsp of smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp of ground cumin
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1 ltr/2 pints of vegetable stock
Sweet Veggie Smoothie

Winter is here and the cold season comes along for the ride
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 cup of sliced apple (sweet tasting apples are better)
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 1/2 cup sliced carrots
- 1/2 cup of cucumber (peeled and sliced)
- 2 cups of ice
- a dash of nutmeg or cinnamon (optional)
