Tortellini Tomato Spinach Soup
By Pollin
In a 3-quart soup pot, heat olive oil over medium high heat
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup minced onion (about 1/2 small onion)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 to 6 cups broth, chicken or vegetable
- 1 (14-ounce) can whole tomatoes, crushed through your fingers or coarsely chopped
- 1 (9-ounce) package fresh tortellini or 4 servings dried tortellini
- Coarse grained salt and cracked black pepper
- 10 ounces fresh or frozen spinach, defrosted and chopped
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan, very loosely packed
Potato Salad with Champagne Vinegar

In a medium saucepan, cover the potatoes with water and bring to a boil
- 1 pound fingerling potatoes
- 2 tablespoons Champagne vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 scallions, sliced
- 1 shallot, minced
- Salt and freshly ground white pepper

1.Crush cookies to fine crumbs in a food processor; add cream cheese; mix until well blended
- 1 (16 ounce) package OREO Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, divided
- 1 (8 ounce) package PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 (8 ounce) packages BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, melted

- 1 lemon
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 3 Tbs butter

- 4 lbs pork ribs
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon hickory smoke salt
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper (optional)
- 2 cups of your favorite barbecue sauce (mine is Sweet Baby Ray)
Turkey Burger

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients until mixed well
- 1 package ground white turkey (1.3 lbs)
- 1/3 cup of your favorite barbeque sauce
- 1 Tablespoon of your favorite mustard (I used stone ground)
