Spaghetti Squash Alfredo with Chicken and Caramelized Onions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Slice spaghetti squash in half and scrape out seeds
- 1 Spaghetti squash, roasted
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons grass-fed butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 pound boneless chicken breasts, cubed
- 1/2 cup mayo, homemade or store-bought
- 1 lemon
- 1 Tbl nutritional yeast
- 2 tablespoons Pacific Foods Original Almond Milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Pinch salt, more to taste
- Pinch black pepper, more to taste
- Pinch red pepper flakes, more to taste
- 1/2 cup fresh parmesan cheese
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
- I addded basil, lemon juice and nutritional yeast.
Turkey Sloppy Joes

Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat
- 1 lb. turkey
- 1 large onion
- 1 large red bell pepper, diced
- 1 carrot peeled and finely chopped
- 1 celery finely chopped
- 1 large zucchini, diced
- 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 2 cups crushed tomato/tomato sauce
- 1 tsp dry mustard powder
- 2 tbsp raw honey
- 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 1/8 cinnamon

- 1 1/2 pounds ground chicken
- 1 tablespoon grill seasoning blend (recommended: Montreal Steak Seasoning by McCormick)
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
- 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
- Handful of chopped parsley leaves
- Extra-virgin olive oil, for liberal drizzling plus, plus 3 tablespoons, 3 turns of the pan
- 2 large cloves garlic, cracked from skin and split
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, a healthy couple of pinches
