Baked Risotto with Grilled Asparagus

- 3 Tbs. olive oil
- 2 leeks, white and light green portions, halved, rinsed well and thinly sliced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 1 1/2 cups Arborio rice
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 4 1/4 cups chicken broth, warmed
- 1 1/2 lb. asparagus, tough ends trimmed
- 1/2 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
- 3 Tbs. cold unsalted butter, cut into 6 pieces

- 1 cup Yoplait® 99% Fat Free creamy vanilla or plain yogurt
- 1 cup old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
- 1 egg or 2 egg whites, slightly beaten
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2/3 cup Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup Gold Medal® whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
