Pork Chops Ole'

Yummy Pork Chops and Spanish Rice topped with cheese
- 6 loin chops 1/2 in thick
- 2 Tbs vegetable oil
- Seasoned salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 cup long grained rice
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1/2 envelope taco seasoning mix (2 Tbs)
- 1 med green pepper chopped
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
