- 1 lb lean ground beef (or 1 lb ground sirloin)
- 1 large onion, chopped fine

- 1/2 teaspoon Hungarian paprika
- salt and black pepper
- 1 head green cabbage, chopped into bite size pieces
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can southwestern petite dice tomatoes with juice
- 1 (4 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup broth, beef or 1/4 cup vegetables or 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup brown rice, cooked
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, low-fat
