- 5 cup flour
- 1 lb. lard
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- cold water
- In one cup measure beat egg, add vinegar, and 3/4 c. cold water
Wild Rice Casserole

Bake 350 degrees casserole dish for 1 - 1 1/2 hr
- 1/2 cup wild rice (rinsed & cooked in 2 c. water) Drain.
- 1/2 cup regular rice (cooked in 1 cup water)
- 1 can consume soup
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can mushrooms (drained) (save some liquid in case you have it).
- 1 cup chopped onions (sauteed)
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
New Potatoes in Sour Cream Sauce

Simmer potatoes until tender, about 20 minutes
- 1 lb. new potatoes or small round ones
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp. chicken broth granules (powder or liquid)
- 1/4 cupp sour cream
- 1 tsp. dried parsley

Melt butter, add all dry ingredients, pour over nuts and bolts

- 1/2 pkg club house ranch dressing
- 1/2 pkg greek tzatziki
- 1/2 pkg country herb
- 1/2 pkg Knorr vegetable soup
- 2 cups butter
Pizza Pops

Roll out dough. Cut in circles, fill with mixture
- Mix-Dry:
- Dough Mixture
- Heat 2 cups milk to boiling point. Remove from heat and add 1 cup of water.
- Total 7-8 cups flour. Put onl 4 cups flour in large bowl, add 2 tbsp. "fermapan" yeast, 1 tsp. salt. Mix.
- Wet: Beat 2 eggs with 1/4 cup sugar, 6 tbsp oil. Add milk mixture. Mix and add this to the 4 cup flour mixture. Beat until gummy. Add 3-4 cups more flour. Let rise 1 hour.
- Filling:
- 2 1/2 cups pepperoni or salami
- 2 1/2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 2 cups mozza cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 cup onion, diced (pre-cooked)
- 2 cans mushrooms, drained and patted dry
- 1/2 cup Prego sauce

- 2 c. regular milk with 2 tbsp. of lemon juice added and let sit 5 minutes (in lieu of buttermilk)
